Suitable for all levels this workshop will introduce the complete Beginner to the principles of Pilates, teaching the importance of bringing the mind and body together to enhance overall physical and mental well-being.

Also suitable for more experienced participants, providing an opportunity to re-focus and re-fresh their knowledge and understanding of the importance of sometimes taking it back to basics!

Pilates Transitions Workshop: Motivation,Movement & Mindfulness

Learn the benefit of sequencing Pilates movements to challenge and build your mental stamina and strength.Explore how visualizations can enhance concentration and control,leaving you feeling mentally and physically strong and stream lined.

Pilates at Play Workshop: Partners and Props for Performance

Have fun exploring how to incorporate small equipment with Pilates to add challenge and variety.

Develop confidence and strength with partnership work and improve your listening and communication skills through touch and movement to stimulate, strengthen and stretch your mind and body!
