The beginning of a new year is a time for self-reflection and setting new goals to effect real and positive change for the year ahead. To achieve our goals we must first understand the importance of setting our intentions, and find ways to keep up on track toward our goals!
In this workshop our Pilates section will focus on raising awareness of our intentions behind our movements; by practicing mindful based movements we learn how to improve our flow, precision and control which benefits us mentally as well as physically.
Followed by light refreshments, the Yoga will guide you through gentle opening practice to nourish your back body, the support of your heart space, the thoracic spine, and to awaken your mind & body leaving you feeling refreshed to face the week ahead!
Modified levels to suit degree of experience.
