Please bring your own mat. The dates below may be subject to change, however, any cancelled sessions will be added to the end of the course date.
Drop-in sessions are sometimes available depending on space. Follow on FB or Instagram to check drop-in availability. Missed sessions within a course can be supplemented with a pre-recorded session.
Payments for courses are made by BACS.
1:1 sessions and group bookings are available by request. Please contact Esmee here.
